Built upon the Joget DX Enterprise application platform, the system replaces paper files, spreadsheets, and disconnected district-level records with a single digital database.
Field officers across Lesotho will utilize the portal to register individual farmers using their national identity numbers, capturing household metrics, livestock holdings, farming equipment, and GPS-mapped land parcel boundaries. The architecture implements the GovStack Registration Building Block framework, developed in coordination with the International Telecommunication Union, the World Food Programme, and Joget Inc. Executive leadership, including FiscalAdmin CEO Aare Lapõnin and Joget CEO Raveesh Dewan, highlighted that LLM-assisted spec-driven development enabled a lean engineering team to deploy the system within a two-year delivery timeline.
